Now is a time to slow down and spend a few relaxing and enjoyable days with friends in New Orleans, Louisiana.  The flavor of New Orleans has never been better. As mentioned by many in the city, New Orleans has always been a cultural capital, drawing domestic and international leisure visitors. This has not changed. We have created a 3 day program we believe you will enjoy. This trip also includes an optional volunentourism event designed to support the local community. Your agenda includes a number of core activities as well as optional activities from which you can select. Here are just some of the events that await you.

• Learn the secrets and the history of Classic New Orleans Cuisine in beautiful antebellum surroundings. Prepare a favorite New Orleans dish at the New Orleans School of Cooking, one of the most prestigious    cooking schools in the city. Enjoy the aroma of what you have prepared while working next to the chef.

• On the last night, dine at Ralph & Kacoo’s. Ralph & Kacoo’s is “The Seafood Restaurant” in the French Quarter. Located just yards from the Riverboat Natchez landing at Decatur and Toulouse streets. Add to the excitement by experiencing a show at Harrah’s Casino. Headline entertainers will be announced in June.
